In short
You do not need to give us anything to browse the site. We receive your details only when you fill in a form or type into the assistant window, we use them only to get back to you, and we never sell them.
What we collect
What you type into the forms: name, e-mail, phone, company name and your message.
The model, material and intended use you select on the quote form.
Automatic technical records: IP address, browser information and the page you submitted from.
If you consented to cookies, which pages you viewed and which links you clicked.
The questions you type into the assistant window and the answers it gives; plus your name, email address and phone number if the assistant asks for them.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and run the sales process. To send the newsletter if you consented. To understand which parts of the site work.
We do not use your form details for advertising targeting.
Cookies
The site uses cookies for measurement and, if you consent, for advertising performance. Non-essential cookies do not run until you consent. Details and how to withdraw consent are in the Cookie Policy.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your details and do not pass them to third parties for marketing. Only the providers that run the service have access: Google Firebase for hosting and database, our corporate e-mail provider for delivery, Google Analytics for measurement.
Some data is processed on servers abroad; details are in the transfers section of the Personal Data Notice.
How long we keep it
Form records for 3 years from the resolution of the enquiry; if a commercial relationship is established, for the period required by legislation. Newsletter records until you withdraw consent.
Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS. Form records are accessed only by authorised staff, through a management panel with defined permissions, and read-only. Even so, no method of transmission is 100% secure.
Children
The site addresses industrial products and is not aimed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the current version is published on this page and the date above is updated.
