60,000 rpm spindle

Small diameter tools only work efficiently at high speed. The DTC package of the MATE 400 Plus offers 60,000 rpm and the HSK-E25 package 50,000 rpm.

0.002 mm repeatability

On all three models positioning is 0.02 mm over 300 mm and repeatability 0.002 mm. Ball screws and directly driven servo motors are used on every axis.

The file never leaves the building

When you do not send the part outside, your drawing, your machining program and your sample stay with you. On defence projects that is a reason on its own.
