In electronics and IT equipment, enclosures, front panels, connectors and the mechanical parts of user interfaces are usually designed for one specific product. REVO MATE can be used to machine RF enclosures, electronic device housings, display panels, keypads, connector plates and similar parts from aluminium and engineering plastics.
In product development and small-batch production in particular, it shortens the step from design to finished part, so different sizes and designs can be prepared on the same production setup.

Covers, panels and connector holes have to fit together. On all three models positioning is 0.02 mm over 300 mm and repeatability 0.002 mm.
The 400x300x38 mm vacuum table clamps thin panels and plates in one go. The same table keeps a PCB level with the bed when machining circuit boards.
