Design develops in small steps

In medical devices, medical products and laboratory equipment, refining a design through small, continuous changes is a common process. REVO MATE can be used to prepare prototypes, fixtures, connecting parts and auxiliary components from aluminium and engineering plastics.

This shortens the distance between design and production; trying out a new part no longer requires a long manufacturing cycle.

Alcohol based spray cooling

Instead of flooding with emulsion, a small quantity of alcohol based fluid is sprayed with compressed air. No waste coolant collects around the machine.

Spindle speed for small tools

The small diameter cutters that medical parts require work efficiently at high speed. Depending on the model the spindle runs between 40,000 and 60,000 rpm.

Run from the panel

No external computer is needed to run the machine. Every operation is carried out from the 15 inch touchscreen control panel.
