OEM production calls for many auxiliary parts, fixtures, jigs and production-specific components alongside the main product. These parts are needed in low quantities and their designs may change often.

REVO MATE helps meet these specific needs within the company. Engineering and production teams can prepare the parts they need more flexibly, in line with their existing production plans.

Suitable for continuous operation

Suitable for round the clock work as long as maintenance and operating conditions are observed. It remembers its position after a power cut.

Automatic tool changing

The MATE 400 Plus is offered with an automatic tool changer spindle. On that system the tool zeroing feature is included as standard.

Touchscreen control and training

Control is handled from a single touchscreen panel and no external computer is required. Training documents and videos for the panel are supplied with the machine.
