A correct specimen, a reliable result

In quality control and materials testing laboratories, correctly prepared specimens are the basis of reliable and repeatable results. REVO MATE can be used to prepare tensile, compression, bending and impact test specimens from metals, plastics and composites, as well as custom specimens in different sizes and geometries.

Preparing the standard specimens used in tensile testing precisely and repeatably lets a laboratory manage its own specimen preparation. Preparing the specimen for a new material or product then becomes a natural part of the test and evaluation process.

Specimens come out identical

A reliable test result depends on the specimens being identical to one another. On all three models positioning is 0.02 mm over 300 mm and repeatability 0.002 mm.

Metal, plastic and composite on one machine

A specimen may be called for in aluminium, in POM or in carbon fibre. Changing material does not mean changing machine.

It fits in the laboratory

The MATE series runs on single-phase 230 V power. Check the selected model’s dimensions, weight, doorway clearance and service space before installation.
